On-Site Training Success

Discover the impact that industry-specific training can make.

“Over the years, we have offered our employees various training and staff development opportunities. The consistent feedback we received from the employees was that the training was OK, but the trainer really could not relate to our experiences.

We then contacted IPMI about their on-site training, and from then on, the experience has been positive. IPMI has sent trainers to our site on numerous occasions, focusing on customer service and team building, and each trainer has not only gained our staff’s respect but also made a noticeable impact. The staff consistently asks when the trainers will be back. They appreciate the hands-on personal experience approach, which they find beneficial in dealing with the everyday encounters they experience on the street while performing their jobs.

The City has offered general customer service training sessions for all city employees, but our staff has said the information was basic and cookie-cutter with no substance. They truly benefit from and enjoy the IPMI on-site training.”

On-Site Training Leads to Success

Don’t take our word for it – take theirs!

“IPMI on-site training is not only engaging but also incredibly practical, allowing our team to apply what they learn immediately. Cindy Campbell brings a wealth of knowledge and real-world experience that made the sessions both informative and engaging. The hands-on activities fostered collaboration and reinforced learning in a way that traditional training methods often miss. Since the training, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in our team’s performance and cohesion. Highly recommend!”

Maria Irshad, MPA, CAPP /
Deputy Director, City of Houston, Texas (ParkHouston)

“Having on-site IPMI training is an invaluable resource and great learning tool for our staff.  IPMI’s ability to tailor the training to the parking and mobility industry resonates with staff and makes it applicable.”

Gabe Mendez, CAPP /
Director of Transportation Operations, UW-Madison Transportation Services

“I have attended many in-person trainings presented by IPMI at industry conferences and locally. The IPMI annual conference cannot be beat for the level of industry specific training provided. More specifically, I love any opportunity to attend an in-person training by Cindy Campbell.”

Donna King, CAPP /
Program Manager, City of San Luis Obispo, California

“I lead a large, diverse team of individuals that provide parking, transportation, and fleet services to over 50,000 people daily. It isn’t possible for us all to attend conferences and trainings so having the IPMI trainers come to our campus to provide training is invaluable. We could pick our sessions, and IPMI tailored them to our needs to best-fit the situations we deal with daily. My team highly enjoyed our two days with Cindy, so much so that we will make IPMI training an annual event!”

Josh Stone, CAPP /
Executive Director, Parking and Transportation Services, Virginia Commonwealth University
